Sobre Processo Selectivo de AIESEC

Now, about you, wannabe-aiesecer.

 I do believe than Aiesec will help you reach your goals even if you don't know then now for sure, pois it is one of the most important breakthrought in your young life. The process if to see if you'll fit with the organisation values and frame . You can't change your values now, so let go of the stress and BE YOURSELF. Everything that your disagree and feel weird (dances...) as it own powerful purpose, resistance to change for exemple (in another culture of people!), and those people, the are WORK-OLICS! So SHOW them you are one of them. The one true advantage you have if POTENTIAL, the future! Nobody knows what u gonna do in the future, but we can PREDICT, base on what we SEE!

So you'll be under close watch during this DD. Mean, everything you say or do will be helds against you, be more open possible and VISION, you wanna be LCP (they love that).

Tips; use wisely what do you know on the people and show you did some reasearch, but never contest what you learn at first!

Resume; you are at school and the guinea-pid in a lab at the same time;) Be yourself, be ready to work more than you think and be there to make friends, those people work 20-40 HOURS a WEEK of VOLUNTARY work, so THANKS THEM, they ll appreciate!!!

I was selected first in my round in Canada :D Motivated to travel + Values. And Sunday I ll be the chair for the same event in another LC. I know what we are looking, CHAMPIONS!
